Richard Marsden
DIRECTOR
Richard is a finance professional with over 30 years’ experience advising high net worth clients on financial strategy, asset allocation and investment selection, including seed capital investment. He has founded and/or served on the boards of several Australian start-up companies. Taking an early stake in several natural hydrogen and helium projects, Richard has a keen interest in this emerging resource sector and our company’s success in Tasmania where he spent his early years.

Anders Fransson
DIRECTOR
Anders has been a non-executive director and board adviser for over 10 years, with a focus on early stage companies. Before his career as a non-executive director and board adviser he was a finance and corporate lawyer for over 20 years, in top tier firms in Australia and Bermuda. His areas of practice as a lawyer included project and structured financing, corporate financing and leveraged leasing.

Dwade Sheehan

An accomplished director and entrepreneur, Dwade brings 25 years' experience in founding and scaling successful companies across professional services, property development, building and construction. A respected leader with proven skills in consumer behaviour and economic trends, he has jointly led companies through change and growth in volatile markets including the GFC and the global pandemic. As a Bond University MBA graduate and former member of Australia's national swimming team, Dwade understands high performance cultures. He is a key driver for Natural Helium Tasmania, bringing together industry experts and providing a framework for achieving strategic milestones while considering the value to communities and environments in which we operate.

The executive leadership team at Natural Helium Tasmania offers more than 20 years real world experience across the Asia Pacific region in sectors including sustainable resources, renewable energy, and project delivery through collaborative government and community consultation.
Our people have held significant roles in successful energy companies as well as providing advice and high level negotiation on many advisory, community and economic boards. Well respected within the geological and energy sector each member of our team has long and trusted relationships with Tasmanian government, business and community leaders.
Simon Talbot
EXECUTIVE COMMERCIAL
More than 25 years of experience across Asian Pacific in the resources and renewable sectors including hydrogen, methanol and biomass fields. Has relocated back to Tasmania to deliver this project and has been working with Natural Hydrogen for over 5 years.
Simon has a strong relationship with Mineral Resources Tasmania and has worked alongside its leaders on a number of projects. He is also a trusted business leader with key Tasmanian Ministers and has sat on several advisory and economic boards.
Marshall Hood
EXECUTIVE TECHNICAL
More than 20 years of experience in the energy sector including management and technical roles with Bangchak Corporation, Nido Petroleum Limited and Ophir Energy Plc. Formerly a director of the Natural Hydrogen Association of Australia (NH2A).
Marshall has a successful upstream oil and gas exploration track record with several commercial discoveries made across multiple operated assets.
Matt Gower
EXECUTIVE COMMUNITY & ENGAGEMENT
Over 15 years experience in delivery of commercial projects in Tasmania with a key focus of ensuring council, regulatory and community support.
Many of these projects have been in sensitive environments that have required both community lobbying and high level negotiation. He is well trusted by Tasmanian business and community leaders.
