Drill ready, world-class helium purities

INVESTOR OPPORTUNITY

A de-risked, drill-ready helium project.

Natural Helium Tasmania offers a uniquely de-risked, drill-ready helium opportunity—one of the world’s few granted pure-play helium projects located in the Southern Hemisphere, a region currently devoid of domestic supply.

The project is highly de-risked technically, backed by exclusive tenure in a stable Australian jurisdiction, complete land access agreements, certified prospective resources, 2D seismic, and extensive G&G datasets. Historical data from six wells on the permit includes two deep wells that successfully sampled commercial-grade helium concentrations, establishing a clear pathway to fast-tracked appraisal.

Beyond the core target, the site boasts a large exploration footprint with significant tangible upside, including secondary potential for Natural Hydrogen and Helium-3.

The project is spearheaded by a proven, highly experienced delivery team with over five years of dedicated helium and hydrogen research. Positioned at an ideal early-entry stage, Natural Helium Tasmania is strategically primed to address a structural global market shortage—where helium prices have surged by +8.1% annually since 2006 against supply growth of just +0.9%—delivering multiple avenues for high-value creation.

Traditional Owner Partnership and Joint Exploration

Natural Helium Tasmania is proud to partner with the Weetapoona Aboriginal Corporation to progress exploration and drilling opportunities across the Murrayfield property.

Rooted in the principles of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) aligned with Commonwealth guidelines and international best practices, this formal partnership was built on a foundation of joint on-ground fieldwork. Directors of Weetapoona, who also hold key leadership roles within the South East Tasmania Aboriginal Corporation, have actively led site inspections and well identification. Their direct involvement ensures rigorous, Traditional Owner-led cultural heritage management across a landscape rich in history, encompassing more than 260 recorded sites and 1,500 artefacts.

This collaborative framework establishes a comprehensive approach to shared growth, governance, and environmental stewardship throughout the project's development. Under the agreement, Natural Helium Tasmania and Weetapoona work hand-in-hand through commercial lease arrangements for infrastructure on Murrayfield, tailored investment mechanisms that deliver lasting economic returns to the local Aboriginal community, and direct employment and training pathways in operational and technical roles.

By formally integrating Weetapoona into project governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement, the partnership ensures that local cultural heritage is protected while advancing Australia's energy and resource capabilities.

A clear pathway from granted tenure

IN PLACE – 2024–26

Tenure & foundations

6,893 km² granted exclusive tenure; Ministerial & MRT support; well design complete; land access secured.

FIRST PRIORITY – H2 2026

Drilling approvals

Environmental & well approvals, heritage clearances and community engagement for the Acacia campaign.

MILESTONE – H1 2027

Drilling operations

Operational reporting, post well analysis and submissions, ongoing community engagement.

FAST-TRACK – 2027

Development
& production

Approval for major project status; grant applications, production license and Weetapoona commercial framework.

One of the worlds only granted, drill-ready pure-play helium projects in a region with no domestic supply.

Four pathways to value creation

Multiple revenue streams beyond conventional helium production.

Natural Helium Premium

Tasmania’s 99% renewable grid enables zero-carbon helium production commanding 15-25% premium pricing.

  • Fossil fuel-free production

  • Corporate ESG mandates
    drive premium

  • Differentiated market positioning

  • Ability to achieve ultra
    high purity

Natural Hydrogen
Co-Location

Natural hydrogen (85% at Lonnavale and 23% at Jericho #1) provides possible zero-carbon energy source. Shared infrastructure drives economics.

  • $1-2/kg (2.2-4.4lbs) production cost

  • Japan export market ready

  • Synergies through commingled production

  • Green Methanol projects in Tasmania to partner with and a supportive Tas Govt incentive framework (Hydrogen Plan)

Helium-3
Opportunity

Rare helium isotope for nuclear fusion and quantum computing. Current price: USD$350-$520/gallon

  • Nuclear fusion fuel (AUKUS priority)

  • Quantum computing refrigeration

  • Only ~15kg (~33lbs) available globally/year

Helium Expansion
Orford Step-Out

Untapped Orford licence sits within the same proven helium system — step-out targets at low incremental cost.

  • Same source and seal geology as Lonnavale / Jericho #1

  • Undrilled targets from existing seismic and geochem data

  • Shared infrastructure, permitting and crews cut drilling cost

  • Success case materially re-rates resource base (sale/farm-out/expansion)
